Numeralis is an independent data and intelligence platform for new real estate developments in Portugal. We are not a real estate agency, broker, or developer. We do not sell properties and do not receive commissions from developers.
2. Use of the platform
Access to the public catalogue is free. Some features (saved searches, dashboards, advisory services, paid membership) require an account or a separate purchase. By using Numeralis you agree to use the platform lawfully and not to scrape, resell, or redistribute the data without written permission.
3. Data accuracy
We collect and structure data from public sources, official registries, and developers. While we verify and cross-check information continuously, we make no warranty that every figure is exhaustive or current. Investment decisions remain your sole responsibility.
4. Advisory & membership
Paid deliverables and membership access are research and information services, not financial or legal advice. We do not guarantee returns. You should consult qualified professionals before committing capital.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Numeralis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform or its reports.
